Tartu University and FinanceEstonia signed an agreement on conducting a study of the situation of financial sector human resources and future abilities.
FinanceEstonia’s human capital area head Enn Listra mentioned in the press release that there have been several studies in the field of labour market in general, but has been no investigation on specific high added value financial sector human capital.
“To get the understanding of the situation in financial sector will give us input to future planning. We hope that the study will act as a ground for politicians, officials and craft unions informed decisions which in turn encourages education of economy and financial literacy in general.” said mr. Listra
