Graham Bishop, one of the most influential Britons on current EU policy-making, participated last week at FinanceEstonia International Forum 2013.  His radical but analytical thoughts were presented on the closing session of the panel day together with Estonian Minister of Finance, Jürgen Ligi. The panel was moderated by Edward Lucas, the International Editor of The Economist.
